I currently use (and highly recommend) Soundcloud to host and share my music. It has cool features such as auto transcoding on upload and the ability to comment inline at an exact moment in a recording. I have created two playlists; the first is comprised of compositions and songs and the second playlist is made up of improvisational jams and solos over backing music. I hope you enjoy.
