Hello. My name is David D'Agostino. Originally from New Jersey, I now live in the Dupont area of Washington D.C. A Georgetown University graduate, I found work at a small software engineering firm Symplicity Corporation. More than 10 years later, I am proud to remain at Symplicity, now as the Director of Software Engineering.

In addition to my affinity for technology and computers, I have a strong passion for music. When I was just seven years old, my parents started me on piano. At age 14, I discovered the guitar and was instantly in love. While I am inspired by many different artists, I have been most influenced by my favorite band Phish (and lead guitarist Trey Anastasio).

When I am not tinkering away at computers or rocking out on guitar, I can be found at restaurants all over DC, having a beer with friends, or playing/watching sports. Recently I have taken a liking to flying planes (home flight simulator) and am considering pursuing a PPL.

Overall, I am a team player. I am constantly on the search for new opportunities/projects and I love to collaborate. I am interested in new software projects - do you have a cool idea? I am also interested in music projects - do you want to play an open mic or just jam?
